The Student Network

Welcome to The Student Network. This is a place for students to make friends and discuss current events, political policies, and controversial issues. The main focus is to keep us informed on what is going on in the world by getting involved in researched group discussions. Our second objective is to make friends who are a positive influence that we can go to for moral support, advice, or socialize with in the real world. (Remember-- This is not a dating site!) A topic will be provided each week to start conversations that will grow and evolve.  Research the topic and give your response. Try to keep away from "hear say" information, and be prepared to cite your source if you are challenged on validity of content. Feedback on the structure of the forum, ideas, and requests for topics are encouraged. We'll discuss one topic per week, but one topic may not be limited to one week if the topic is highly requested to continue. Drop in from time to time to see what the topic is, and share your thoughts with us. Have fun!
